Project Chaiwala receives all its tea from Nuxalbari Single Tea Estate In Darjeeling, while spices and fresh milk are sourced locally to brew chai every day. The signature Karak chai is good. Smashmosa was outstanding. The staff was polite & the ambience was simple & pleasant. I really loved the café interior, tea, Smashmosa. I highly recommend this café to everyone.   Disclaimer: I only try pure vegetarian restaurants and delicacies.
